Highlights
The Woodley-Wardman consists of the restoration of four historic townhouses and construction of a new 7-story tower on Connecticut Avenue. The project includes 39 new luxury condominiums 16 of which are in the historic townhouses and 23 units in the new building. The project delivers 33 unique floor plans including studios 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and t 3-bedroom residences.

The Woodley-Wardman will feature great views, a public courtyard/garden, private balconies and terraces, garage and surface parking, concierge service, monitored security system and on-site care sharing service.

The new condominium units were designed by the Argentine-born, architect/designer Carina Lopez.

The project is tailored for a diverse group of end-users including first-time home-buyers, move-up buyers, young urban families, empty-nesters, and others. The new units incorporate all the luxury features and state-of-the-art technology demanding buyers expect from a Connecticut Avenue address.

Neighborhood
The Woodley-Wardman is located along prestigious Connecticut Avenue in Woodley Park just two blocks from the Woodley Park station on Metro's Red line, and a short walk from the commercial centers of both Woodley Park and Cleveland Park. Just up the street: the famous Uptown Theater, the National Zoo, and the shops and cafes of Cleveland Park.
